Founded by Brad Alness in 1989, Phase Electric has grown through decades of trusted relationships with homeowners, builders, and communities across Minnesota.
After more than 30 years leading the company, Brad retired in 2019 and handed the reins to his sons, Wade and Brett. While Brad enjoys a well-earned retirement, the next generation continues the tradition he started in 1989.
